COROBOR delivers central systems for French Air Force Deployable Met Stations

AS part of its long-term collaboration with the French Air Force, COROBOR Systèmes is currently delivering three central MESSIR systems to be integrated into "Deployable Meteorological Stations".
This new project follows the delivery of five MESSIR-VISION Forecaster's Workstations to the force last year.
The Deployable Meteorological Stations are mobile units containing each versions of the MESSIR-COMM and
MESSIR-VISION
software especially customised for the French Air force. They are used to process and distribute meteorological information to end-users within a given military site and to make the consultation of meteorological data and products simpler. MESSIR will integrate data coming from RETIM, METEOSAT, and APT (NOAA) satellites and from observing and radio-sounding stations.

Meteorological products coming from MESSIR-VISION are printed or re-routed on the MESSIR-COMM switch and dispatched to end-user terminals via the MESSIR-NET Intranet server.
The MESSIR-VISION software included in the package contains a special Production module for the easy, "on-screen" drawing of T4, BUFR and analysis charts.
The production module developped by COROBOR is a considerable timesaver for forecasters and users and is available under Windows NT/2000.
For more information on the MESSIR-VISION Production module and other MESSIR products, e-mail us by using the Contact Us page.
